Participants will choose from a wide assortment of sushi fillings\, making it fun to customize your own rolls to eat during class. After you have eaten your fill of sushi\, enjoy a special dessert made with sea vegetables! Everyone will receive a bamboo mat to roll their own sushi and bring home afterwards. No fish will be served\; this class is vegan-friendly. Children ages 12 and older are welcomed to register with a registered adult.
