Asian Dumplings Workshop

If you've ever craved a warm, comforting plate of dumplings for dinner during a cool fall evening, this is the class for you! Chef Ger Liang Tysk of Red Kettle Kimchi in Belfast will guide you in making your own plant-based Asian-style dumplings from scratch. We'll make the dough, roll the wrappers, and fill dumplings with your fillings of choice. Learn about the different kinds of Asian-style dumplings, and impress your family with fancy dumpling folds! Plant-based filling ingredients, including veggies fresh from the farm, will be provided. You'll leave class with a tray full of your own delicious dumplings to cook at home!
