as we come to the end of the march madness challenge, join us for an extra H O P P Y challenge. New to bounce and shake? Class will begin with a 30 minute breakdown of proper form for bounce, arms + abs - great for newbies + those that love your shake + sculpt classes. From there, will hit the trampolines for a HIIT style workshop incorporating bounce for cardio + strength sections that will leave your arms + abs on F I R E. Class will close with 15 minutes of stretching to lengthen out your muscles + allow you to set a clear intention as you head out for the rest of your weekend.
