As the Executive Chef at Ocean at the Cape Arundel Inn & Resort, Chef Pierre Gignac will teach you the technique and preparation of sumptuous chocolate truffles, using the finest of French and Belgian chocolates enhanced with fine liqueurs, fruits and spices.  The chocolate truffles tasting will be paired with a flight of delicious sparkling wines and cordials.
