Chalk the Port

Chalk the Port is a free, family-friendly event in the tradition of European 16th-century street painting. Nationally-acclaimed featured artists, local artists, and children transform the pavement of the Recreation Department parking lot into a canvas full of colorful masterpieces using chalk. In addition to the incredible chalk artists, this event also features a 5K run, a family carnival, and, new this year, a Youth Art Contest.
