An Evening of Oysters and Champagne with Champagne Lanson and Chef Rebecca Charles of Pearl & Spat Oyster Cellar.
Come indulge after a morning of Christmas Prelude shopping and treat yourself to an extra special Happy Hour. Rebecca Charles will be hand shucking oysters downstairs in our cellar along side Thibault Maronnier of Champagne Lanson. As the evening goes on enjoy Maine Oysters and some of the finest Champagne as you get to have one on one converstations with the experts!
