This workshop is for students who wish to gain a better understanding this fundamental yoga posture and movement. expect fine-tuning your plank, chaturanga + down dog, drills, assists + boundaries created with props. we'll practice, practice some more, review how to modify + why we modify so you can build strength with each chaturanga in class.
