Learn how to use forgiveness and compassion as practices to release what no longer serves, to step more fully into the joy of who you truly are and to contribute to the healing of the world. This interactive workshop will explore forgiveness and compassion practices that are grounded in science and can help us tap into a higher expression of who we truly are.
