FREE Barre at Frinklepod Farm

The Daily Sweat, opening summer 2019 is hosting a FREE barre class at Frinklepod for all levels. Come early to see the farm and join us for a barre class. Class will tone and sculpt your body but we'll be doing without the barre since we'll be at the farm. 

Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver. 

Please wear athletic apparel and bring a yoga mat and water.
