guy's night: sweat + flow
sorry ladies, this is one is for the guys. roll out your mat with the rest of the guy (daily sweat) tribe and some new faces, too. this flow will help you stretch and strengthen you in ways only yoga can, and since class can be tough we promise to provide libations afterwards. class will be held in the studio.
