Let’s build strength, flexibility and confidence! We’ll have fun with yoga with themed activities, stretch it out, and enjoy mindful moments to end class. We’ll also incorporate portions of our bounce class on the trampolines + a healthy snack. Sticky socks will be provided + kept at the studio for the 4 weeks this class will run.
