Medical Coding Certification

The hybrid training in Medical Coding begins with an introduction to the medical coding systems, healthcare delivery and other revenue cycle functions within the healthcare arena before moving on to federal healthcare regulations, audits & compliance in the revenue cycle. You will then dive into the following coding systems (ICD-10-CM, CPT® and HCPCS II) with a special emphasis on how to use these systems in the real world. Upon completion of the course, you will be given access to the online RMC certification exam to become a certified medical coder & member of the Medical Management Institute.
