Mom + me
Moms, grab your littles and join us for your sweat session every Wednesday at 10:30A. Class type varies each week, you’ll get to enjoy sculpt, flow and shake - three of our favs! Littles usually are up to kindergarten but in the summer anything goes, they can participate as much as they’d like or sit back and enjoy a snack. This is your time to show them how you self-care.
