Open Farm Day

Open Farm Day at Pamelamas Alpaca Farm
Come visit the alpacas and browse in our Farm Store.  We maintain a small herd of alpacas for their luxuriously soft, warm, lightweight fiber.  General information on alpacas, their fiber and their health care will be available.  Members of the Southern Maine Guild of Spinners & Weavers will be on site with spinning and weaving demos.  Farm Store will be open.  Yarns from our own alpacas spun at Maine fiber mills, yarns from co-ops, and finished products such as socks, hats, gloves, mittens, and much more available for purchase.  Carrot treats will be available for the alpacas, and light refreshments available for the humans.
