restore + flower arranging workshop

come unwind in the Frinklepod Farm and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of restorative yoga followed by a flower arranging workshop. begin the afternoon feeling grounded and clear with a one hour restorative yoga class next to the garden. practitioners of all levels are welcome. bring a mat, water, pillows + blankets. Please BYO vase or vessel from home, that has an opening NO WIDER THAN 3" (the size of a wide-mouth mason jar), that you'll create your arrangement in. scissors will be provided by the farm. yoga will begin @5:15P. the flower workshop will begin @6:15P. we recommend layers + bug spray. $66 drop in/20% off for members
