Sharon Staz Memorial Free School Supplies Day
Let's honor Sharon Staz! Sharon was the former KLPD director & a longtime Chamber volunteer.
One of the many ways Sharon gave back to this community was by buying backpacks every August & stuffing them full of school supplies. Then she'd label them with the grade level & put them in a bin under the Little Pantry.
To honor Sharon, we have created the Sharon Staz Memorial Free School Supplies Day. This event will be held on August 13 - August 15 from 9am-1pm as well as 2-6pm on August 15 at the Chamber.
On these days, anyone in need can come & pick up free school supplies. Everything will be first come first served.
If you'd like to get involved, we are looking for donations of either funds or school supplies.
