About Us

The Daily Sweat is a yoga and barre studio dedicated to helping individuals and families find health, wellness, and community.

At The Daily Sweat, we believe in the power of intentional movement, mindful recovery, and authentic connection. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where you can build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself - physically, mentally, and energetically.

With the addition of temperature-based therapies; including sauna, steam, cold plunge, and float therapy, you’re invited to deepen your wellness practice through immersive experiences that support resilience, recovery, and renewal. Whether on the mat or in the recovery space, we are here to help you feel grounded, empowered, and well.

We offer 40+ weekly classes, and our recovery space is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. The Daily Sweat is a place to move, breathe, and settle into stillness—a place you’ll leave feeling calm, recharged, and ready to take on what’s next.

Highlights

  • Bounce: rebounders are here! a low impact, heart pumping workout that gets your sweating with strength sequences.
  • Vinyasa: flow and unity of breath and movement within the body
  • Barre: tone and sculpt muscles using free weights, props and a ballet barre.
  • Sculpt: heated flow with different resistance based equipment - bands, weights + pilates rings.

We offer a class format similar to Bikram Hot yoga where the room is heated and the series of poses is the same every class.
Both barre, bounce and sculpt classes are a great way to add strength training.
Sweat + flow is a heated vinyasa flow class.
You'll find back strengthening and core exercises in all our class formats.
We offer two different trampoline classes that will get your heart pumping, trampolines are low impact and great for your lymphatic system.
We utilize pilates props including balls, weights, bands and sliders in all our barre and sculpt classes.
Yoga nidra and meditation classes are offered biweekly (or more) to help you center yourself.
Sweat + shake is a barre class that is great for toning and creating long, lean muscles.
We focus on form over depth while offering modifications and hands on enhancements to help you find the pose that feels right for your body.
Restorative yoga is offered three times weekly to help you slow down, focus and center yourself.
