About Us

Rev. Susan Page Townsley, Minister. Church is more than just what happens on Sunday, it is how we are present to the community and the partnerships that make the Kennebunks a better place to live and grow.

Our mission is to be an inclusive community of faith that preaches the word of God, teaches the love of Jesus Christ and reaches out to all through the Holy Spirit. First gathered in 1838, the church continues to be a vital part of this seaside community. Within our doors, visitors and local residents alike will find a spiritual home and a warm welcome, whether joining us for Sunday morning worship (10:30 am, 9:30 in the summer), or enjoying our other events and outreach activities.

Our adjacent building, the Community House is used by many community groups throughout the year, and is a perfect small wedding reception venue, seating up to 120, and overlooking the Kennebunk River. For more information about the church or the community house, please see our website.
